NEPA Accounting & Consulting consist of two principles:

Frank Pinnacoli Sr:
Frank Sr. has worked for the Internal Revenue Service for over 34 years and after a fulfilling career retired in 2007. Throughout his career he has worked in many areas and levels of the IRS including but not limited to; revenue officer (handling a multitude of tax issues), collection and audit matters and offer in compromise services. Now being retired and working on the "other side" Frank Sr. has the ability to bring many tax saving methods to his clients.

Frank Pinnacoli Jr:
Frank Jr. started doing taxes during college and after graduating from King's College with a degree in accounting slowly continued to build a small practice of tax clients all the while continuing to learn and grow by working in the corporate enviroment. Frank Jr.'s career in accounting started at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, a big 4 accounting firm in New York City. After leaving New York Frank came back to NEPA and started working for a local telephone company as a Financial Analyst. Frank then moved on to work for two more companies serving as their CFO/Controller before leaving to operate his own companies in accounting and marketing. Frank's professional career brings a wide and detailed view of how a company works from the inside out. This coupled with his continued building of a tax practice has allowed him to start NEPA Accounting & Consulting, Inc. and bring his many years of tax preparation and corporate accounting/finance experience to all of his clients.
