NEPA Accounting & Consulting consist of two principles:

Frank Pinnacoli Sr, Enrolled Agent:
Frank Sr. has worked for the Internal Revenue Service for over 34 years and after a fulfilling career retired in 2007. Throughout his career he has worked in many areas and levels of the IRS including but not limited to; revenue officer (handling a multitude of tax issues), collection and audit matters and offer in compromise services. Now being retired and working on the "other side" Frank Sr. has the ability to bring many tax saving methods to his clients.

Frank Pinnacoli Jr:
Frank Jr. started doing taxes during college and after graduating from King's College with a degree in accounting slowly continued to build a small practice of tax clients all the while continuing to learn and grow by working in the corporate environment. Frank Jr.'s career in accounting started at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, a big 4 accounting firm in New York City. After leaving New York Frank came back to NEPA and started working for a local telephone company as a Financial Analyst. Frank then moved on to work for two more companies serving as their CFO/Controller before leaving to operate his own companies in accounting and marketing. Frank's professional career brings a wide and detailed view of how a company works from the inside out. This coupled with his continued building of a tax practice has allowed him to start NEPA Accounting & Consulting, Inc. and bring his many years of tax preparation and corporate accounting/finance experience to all of his clients.

John F. Higgins, Enrolled Agent:
John graduated with honors from the University of Scranton with a degree in Accounting. John worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for 30 years mostly as a Revenue Officer (Collections) but did some employment tax audits. For the past 18 years he has been putting the education and experience received from the IRS to use helping individuals and corporations with their tax problems. He specializes in Offer in Compromises; subordination and discharges of federal tax liens; installment agreements and many other tax saving ideas for his clients

Angelo Dalla Verde, C.P.A.
Angelo, CPA graduated in 1980 from Wilkes University with a bachelor degree in accounting.  Angelo worked for Standard Brands(now Nabisco) from 1974 through 1980.  Upon graduation Angelo moved into the public accounting field by taking a position with a local CPA firm.  In 1986 Angelo received his Certificate in Public Accounting.  With his education and background for the past 16 years, in 1990 Angelo opened his own public accounting practice and has been specializing in taxes ever since.

Recently Angelo joined NEPA Accounting & Consulting to lend his considerable expertise to the staff and clientele in order to help clients file complete and accurate returns, along with tax planning to ensure our clients get the most tax savings.
